This page explains what AI Manager Support means on Mixtape Plug, what kinds of tasks the assistant can help with, what information an artist should provide, and what limits apply.

This page adds detail to the Plan Terms. If a signed agreement, custom service scope, or artist-specific written commitment says something different, that more specific document controls for that artist relationship.

1. What AI Manager Support Is

AI Manager Support is a planning and execution-assistance layer designed to help artists move faster inside Mixtape Plug. It is meant to support release organization, campaign structure, content direction, and creator-tool usage. It is not the same as full-time human management.

Depending on program availability, the support may be delivered through platform tools, internal prompting systems, operator review, or a combination of those methods.

2. Type of Assistance

The assistant is intended to help with planning, structure, sequencing, and decision support. In practical terms, artists should expect guidance such as:

  • release planning and timing suggestions,
  • campaign structure recommendations,
  • content and rollout checklists,
  • creative direction prompts for music, cover art, merch, or artist presentation,
  • positioning guidance based on the artist's current sound, audience, or goals, and
  • workflow guidance for using Mixtape Plug creator features efficiently.

3. Tasks Artists Can Expect the AI Manager to Help With

The AI Manager may help artists with tasks such as:

  • building a single-release, EP, or album rollout plan,
  • deciding the order of singles, visuals, and supporting drops,
  • writing or refining campaign prompts for cover generation and creator workflows,
  • structuring social-content ideas around a release theme,
  • suggesting artist-bio, positioning, or profile-copy directions,
  • mapping content pillars for posts, teasers, snippets, and announcements,
  • helping package merch or visual ideas around a release concept,
  • organizing a release checklist so the artist knows the next task to handle, and
  • reviewing whether a planned rollout looks coherent before the artist executes it.

Where Mixtape Plug chooses to offer deeper support, the AI Manager may also help convert broad artist goals into a task-by-task execution sequence.

4. What the Artist Should Provide

The better the inputs, the better the guidance. Artists should expect to provide information such as:

  • the release type and target date,
  • the track title, theme, mood, and intended audience,
  • reference artists, visual references, or brand direction,
  • whether the goal is discovery, retention, merch, bookings, or challenge momentum,
  • what assets already exist and what still needs to be made, and
  • any current constraints involving budget, timing, rights, collaborators, or delivery deadlines.

If the artist provides vague inputs, the assistant may still help, but the guidance will be more general and less tailored.

5. What the Assistant May Deliver

Depending on the request, the AI Manager may return outputs such as:

  • a release rollout outline,
  • a campaign checklist,
  • a content calendar draft,
  • cover-art prompt directions,
  • artist-profile copy suggestions,
  • brand-positioning notes,
  • recommended next steps in priority order, and
  • revision suggestions when an existing plan is weak or incomplete.

These outputs are guidance tools. The artist remains responsible for final decisions, publishing choices, rights clearance, collaborator coordination, and the actual execution of the release.

6. Workflow and Availability

AI Manager Support is not guaranteed as 24/7 live human account management. Availability depends on plan level, active staffing, tool availability, and whether Mixtape Plug is offering that support at the time.

That means:

  • some assistance may be immediate and tool-driven,
  • some assistance may involve operator review before feedback is returned, and
  • some higher-touch requests may be delayed, limited, or declined depending on workload and program scope.

7. What AI Manager Support Does Not Include

Unless Mixtape Plug separately agrees otherwise in writing, AI Manager Support does not include:

  • 24/7 live personal management coverage,
  • guaranteed one-on-one human manager access at all times,
  • legal advice, contract advice, tax advice, securities advice, or accounting advice,
  • guaranteed playlist placement, guaranteed ad spend, or guaranteed campaign outcomes,
  • negotiating third-party business deals on the artist's behalf by default, and
  • taking over the artist's responsibility for splits, clearances, approvals, or rights administration.

8. Best Use Cases

AI Manager Support is most useful when the artist wants structured help deciding what to do next. It works best for:

  • artists preparing to release music and needing rollout clarity,
  • artists trying to package a stronger visual identity around a drop,
  • artists who need a clearer content and creator-tool workflow, and
  • artists who want planning support without waiting on a full traditional management arrangement.
